CANCELATIONS / NO SHOWS

We understand things happen and things come up, if you need to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please do so via our system, alternatively, you may call our landline on 0208 1270 670 to let us know if you will be unable to attend your appointment. You can also message us on instagram to let us know as much in advance as possible as no-shows have a huge impact on a small buisness.

Failure to inform us regarding a cancellation will result to pre-paid bookings. This means that the next time you book, you will be required to pay online upon booking to confirm any future bookings.

LATENESS POLICY

If you are more then 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled as this will have a knock-on effect for the rest of the day. We time our slots so that we have enough time to provide you with the best possible service. We also turn away walk-ins instore when we have appointments booked in because we always respect our clients time and will never keep you waiting, all that we ask is that you also respect our time!

We understand that things happen and things come up, as well as traffic. We are also aware many of our loyal clients travel from far to get to us and with that being said, we appreciate your loyalty & custom! Please ensure you have enough time to get to your appointment and if you do arrive early, feel free to take advantage of our massaging chairs and enjoy a complimentary beer, water or soft drink as well as seasonal snacks we do have to offer!
